Received his medical education from the University of Southern California in 1993 and completed his fellowship in Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy at the Baylor College of Medicine in 2003. Dr. Bulkin serves as Attending Surgeon at Palomar Medical Center and Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, CA.
Dr. Bulkin has been practicing vascular surgery for nearly 18 years and performs most of the quick, technical procedures at SDVC. As an athlete, Dr. Bulkin personally recognizes the importance of active leg movement and believes that a balance of proper diet, nutrition, and adequate exercise can greatly improve one’s quality of life. In January 2007, Dr. Bulkin acquired Board Certification in Vascular Medicine, adding to his Board Certification in Vascular Surgery, Wound Care and General Surgery. He is also the director of the Vascular Lab at SDVC and has both RVT and RPVI credentials.
